Kendra Cooksey, the revolutionary woman behind Kendra's Boutique is a woman who loves a splash of neon! She is the gorgeous talent behind this luxury wig brand which has millions of fans worldwide. Her wigs gained popularity after Blac Chyna gave them her stamp of approval in 2013.
