Returns & Warranty

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all The Renatural accessories and a 60 day money back guarantee on all wig orders. Additionally, a 1 year replacement warranty is included with each Wig Fix and wig order.

Treat your wig as you would your natural hair. Always apply a heat protectant and do not apply heat exceeding 200-degrees Fahrenheit directly to base of the wig.

When brushing, gently detangle up the shaft from ends to root, applying caution to the wig's base, using a paddle brush or wide tooth comb.

When coloring your The Renatural wig, be sure to use highest quality salon grade color products and always apply a test strand before performing any color work. Natural, unprocessed hair should be lightened by a trained and experienced stylist previous coloring experience.

Be sure to avoid the base material of your Signature Wig, as you would your natural scalp, to avoid discoloration.
