£20 flat rate (1-3 business days) - Australia + New Zealand

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee and a 1 year replacement warranty with each Wig Fix order*.

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if you're not happy we want to help. The Renatural team is available for phone call/video call/messaging to demonstrate and assist you with applying the Wig Fix.

We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We must receive goods within 30 business days upon return approval. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage. Refunds are administered within 10 business days upon the delivery of the returned item.
*Warranty can be redeemed by emailing support@therenatural.com with your query, order number, brief explanation and photo/video evidence. Replacements are administered under the discretion of The Renatural.
