We currently ship to the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

United States

Orders $100 and up receive complimentary standard shipping (3 to 4 business days). Orders under $100 have a $5 flat rate for economy shipping (5 to 8 business days).

Expedited options are available at checkout: Standard (3 to 4 business days): $10 Express (1 to 2 business days): $25

International

Orders $100 and up receive complimentary shipping: Economy (6 to 18 business days) or Express (1 to 5 business days)

Orders under $100: Economy (6 to 18 business days): $25 Express (1 to 5 business days): $50

Please note that international customers are responsible for all import duties and VAT fees. Your shipping total does not include these charges, and they will be collected upon arrival in your country.

Processing Times

Accessories ship within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order wigs may take up to 14 business days to process. All customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once their order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will get an email from yours truly with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How can I edit my shipping address?

We'd love to help you. If you need to edit your shipping address after your order was placed, please reach out to us at support@therenatural.com as quickly as possible with the new address. We always look forward to hearing from you.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all The Renatural accessories and a 60 day money back guarantee on all wig orders. Additionally, a 1 year replacement warranty is included with each Wig Fix and wig order.*

To return any item(s) from therenatural.com:

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if you're not happy we want to help. Please email support@therenatural.com with your order number and we will respond within 24 hours.

We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We must receive goods within 30 business days upon return approval. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage. We strongly advise returning your items using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon delivery of the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

Warranty

Warranties can be redeemed by emailing support@therenatural.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photo or video evidence. Replacements are administered under the discretion of The Renatural.
