All orders purchased during the pre-order period starting October 22, 2025 will ship by December 3, 2025.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all The Renatural accessories and a 60 day money back guarantee on all wig orders. Additionally, a 1 year replacement warranty is included with each Wig Fix and wig order*. 

To return any item(s) from therenatural.com:

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if you're not happy we want to help. Please email support@therenatural.com, including your order number, and we will respond within 24 hours.

We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We must receive goods within 30 business days upon return approval. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage. Refunds are administered within 10 business days upon the delivery of the returned item to the original payment charge method.

*Warranties can be redeemed by emailing support@therenatural.com with your query, order number, brief explanation and photo/video evidence. Replacements are administered under the discretion of The Renatural.

SHIPPING DETAILS

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

All Early Access orders purchased within the pre-order window starting on the 22nd of October 2025 will be shipped by the 3rd of December 2025.

Once fulfilled, all orders containing Signature Wigs will receive complimentary 2-5 day US shipping and complimentary 5-7 day international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will get an email from yours truly with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

We'd love to help you. If you need to edit your shipping address after the order was made, please reach out to us at support@therenatural.com as quickly as possible with the new address. We always look forward to hearing from you.
